The city of Loris was incorporated with only a one-mile radius on July 26, 1902. Since then, the City of Loris has grown to a total area of 3.1 square miles with approximately 2,600 residents. The City of Loris is in northern Horry County close to the North Carolina and South Carolina border near the intersection of Highway 701 and Highway 9 and about a half an hour from the beach!
Warner Crossing is a new home community in Loris, SC that started to presell in November of 2024. Warner Crossing is located just a few minutes east of downtown Loris, SC. The new home community of Warner Crossing in Loris is located just off of Highway 9 relatively close to the border of South Carolina and North Carolina. Warner Crossing is conveniently located close to Highway 701 and within 20 minutes of North Myrtle Beach, the ocean, shopping, and dining.
The Diamondback Golf Club at Woodland Valley is located just to the north of Warner Crossing. The Diamondback Golf Club is a Russell Breeden designed course set in the low-country woodlands. Measuring 6,928 yards from the back teeing ground, Diamondback is playable and enjoyable for golfers of all abilities.
